To submit a realistic bid from Day One. We know from experience what it costs to implement each phase of an architectural plan. That’s the price we quote. We don’t throw in "extras" at the last minute that hike both the price of your project and your blood pressure.
To maintain constant communication. To ensure continual communication between customer and contractor, we provide every customer with an onsite foreman who acts as a personal liaison and troubleshooter. We also provide you with ample warning when decisions are coming up. That way, the job doesn’t come to a halt while you debate the merits of French doors vs. Dutch doors. Additionally, all of our customers are welcome to call Patrick Lenahan himself at any time.
